30 things for 30 days

So I’ve stumbled across the idea of doing something new for 30 days:

Here is my list – starting on 2nd January, by the end of the month I will have completed…

  1. Meditate for 5-10 Minutes
  2. Do at least 25 jumping jacks
  3. Read for 15 minutes before bed
  4. Make the bed
  5. Take a walk rain or shine twice in the same day
  6. Spend 15 minutes organising a space in your home
